I had to find a worker and she came in to clean and literally had to get in the hot tub to clean it!
The pillows was dirty she gave me some clean pillowcases to put over the pillows
My microwave didn’t work in room #178 at all and the plugs weren’t working I had to charge my phone in the bathroom are!

The jetted tub was extra big. The bed was clean,the sheets were clean.
Negatives:
There were many things about the room itself that I didn't care for. It was mostly aesthetics. There was drywall mud on the bathroom walls,there was a hole with a large gap by the shower and the bathroom door the caulk on the floor was moldy. you could tell whoever had last swept and mopped did it hurriedly and so, I didn't feel comfortable walking around without my shoes on.

The location was perfect. The coffee 24 hours was needed! The free breakfast is top notch. The room oh my just wow. We got a hot tub suite. And it was everything. Just to relax and soak our aching bodies from working hard all week. There is a full regulator. Well in ours. Microwave, king bed, huge TV, romantic lighting (if wanted), and the rooms are huge. Best hotel room ever!! And the cost is shocking.
They are remodeling and upgrading so I assume the cost is going to go up soon. So get in while you can for the low prices.

The pool was very cloudy and so dirty. Floating hair. Just icky.
BUT- They are in process of upgrading filter system. And it was a busy holiday weekend so that matters.
Not to be rude but every time we go there are just some odd characters (other guests) It throws you off. I’d assume because it is because of the low cost. So there is that. They are working to update and etc. But if you’re going to just relax in your room and enjoy some peace don’t let that detour you.
And the pool will be packed with kids also. Which is nice for families. But pretty full 70% of the time with rugrats. Maybe they can have adult only after 9 idk

The room itself was a disappointment. There was a desk with no chair. There was no chair anywhere in the room. It's fairly difficult for a family to get ready in a room without a chair. There was a desktop, but what is the point without a chair? The pool hours are absolutely garbage. I've stayed in at least 100 different hotels and never once has the pool opened at NOON! I booked this property for the price and the fact the pool was "open". I'll accept it's my fault that I didn't call and confirm the hours, but now I know that should be a filter or search parameter when booking. I suppose the room was fairly clean. It was disappointing we booked for 4 people, 2 nights and got one bar of soap. Why did we have to go to the front desk to ask for more, when the room should have been prepared. Room aside.. it was extremely obvious that the postings on every room, lobby, stairwell, floor, etc are just there for legal reasons. There's a posting in the lobby warning about quiet times. I walked around the entire hotel looking for sodas for my wife and I. I found fairly priced soda can vending machines, but also multiple ridiculously loud parties with music that was absolutely unacceptable, especially given the policy! The smoking postings are a joke also, considering the stairwell we entered was overwhelming reeking of marijuana. I have no problem with people partaking, but don't advertise your hotel like this if you ignore every dam sign of it. My kids had many questions I wasn't prepared to answer this weekend.
