We reserved two junior suites and only one was available. Even though I had an email confirming that I reserved two rooms there was only one available. Then breakfast was supposed to be included in our stay, but the restaurant staff said that we needed to pay for breakfast And that it wasn’t included with the room rental. Total false advertising.

Breakfast was amazing. The best quality and variety I’ve ever had at a hotel stay.

The windows open and the window in our room wouldn’t close or seal all the way, traffic could be heard all night. Other than disrupted sleep, the overall sound dampening wasn’t great, heard guests above and in hallways more than expected.
