The refrigerator was broken. We notified staff and it was not replaced. The room was well worn. It was a poor value. There was very little for breakfast and they ran out of most of their rather meager offerings.

Temperature outside was in the 90"s and everyone was hot the pool should have been opened was told not til after Memorial Day Staff should have prepared better and made an acception and opened it up. Breakfast was terrible fake eggs and Turkey sausage and microwave potatoes bad selection of choices for the price per day and plus breakfast should have been served earlier than 7 am.

We were in the area for a funeral and this location worked well for us prior to being in Marion, IN. Surprised to get eclipse glasses and a eclipse brochure.
Negatives:
We were extremely surprised by the price increases due to the hotels and area being in the path of totality for the eclipse.

Positives:
Easy access from the highway. Public areas were inviting and warm. We were genuinely welcomed and appreciated by the Front Desk lady. 2 elevators - no waiting! Nice amount of green space around the facility. Breakfast was as expected per advertised.
Negatives:
The microwave had a slightly unusual aroma inside. The bathroom fan "seemed" a bit passive; not sure if it was operating as normal. Bummed that the 'gluten-free options" were unavailable due to truck not stopping that day.

The location was good and there are lots of options for food nearby. The pet room was right off the door and had easy access to take our dog outside.
Negatives:
There was a garbage wine bottle left in our room. The covers were not very warm on our beds, and I asked for some extra blankets and was given one thin blanket. The accommodations certainly didn't meet the price point for the stay... granted it was surge priced for the eclipse weekend.
