Positives:
The staff were very friendly! And it was in a good location.
Negatives:
The room itself was foul to say the least. The shower didnt drain so a lot of nasty bits would float up in the water and made a horrible screaming sound when you turned it on. Dirt and grim everywhere. Dried chunks of who knows what all over the door frames. Missing handles on furniture the pull out bed was broken. To spend 258 on room to be so nasty and falling apart is sad.

The breakfast was delicious! The location was nice for what we were there for.
Negatives:
Towels, we had 4 people in our room and would only get 2 towels. We had to take our dirty towels down before getting new ones. The shampoo and conditioner was only enough for me or my daughter to use. I ended up going to the DG and buying some. We were there with some of the girls from my daughter’s basketball team. We had ordered pizza for them to eat together and I had asked if we could use the dining area and was told no. Then later on another basketball team was in the dining area hanging out.

Dirty. Pool and hot tub were closed. No TV remote. Luggage cart was broke. Stains all over couch. Bathroom was dirty. The room was dirty.

I didn't like the pool was closed after she said it was opened lady at the front desk told us the matnince man would be in to fix it so we took the chance the next morning when we came dow. She said oh well hes not coming in today he has the day off she didn't know anything rooms were not very clean they need to focus more on cleaning then talking
