Confusion by staff about included breakfast. There was option to have it included in our price which we did but restaurant staff had no way of knowing I guess so they had to go to front desk to check. 2nd morning after being told it was included it was put on my bill so I had to go back in after checking out to get it removed. There needs to be a way for staff to know. It was embarrassing. Food was excellent though as was staff except for them not knowing that we had paid for breakfast in our booking price. Also room neighbors had an argument and were very loud and slammed doors late at night but I realized it wasn’t hotel’s fault.
