They had roaches crawling across the bed n night stand. When I told the manager all he said was sorry I didn’t know that n proceeded the opposite way down the hallway. It’s highly unacceptable

I only stayed for 2 nights cause I needed to rest. The room I stayed in was super dirty is like they don’t have housekeepers. There was spiders at my room and I couldn’t even sleep in peace cause I felt like bugs were going to be crawling on me. I’ll insert pictures of how the bed was super stain it was disgusting. The lamp was also stained and it had written words in pens on it and it also didn’t even want to charger my phone. The curtains was stained as well it was just a bad experience I didn’t want to touch anything in that room. On the outside of the hotel I felt uncomfortable there was lots of “crackheads” in my term. I prefer to pay a little more to stay in a way better hotel because this was insane.

Absolutely nothing. It was foul.

What was there to like about the property. I was greeted so someone throwing up in an ice bucket in at the receptionist counter, after being invited to a BBQ at 7:13 AM by some men with a mini grill outside of the hotel. I was gone for the day and came back to half of my room being flooded by water. Also, my key had been deactivated. I didn’t even stay the full two nights.
