Positives:
The staff was very Friendly. The rooms while dated looking were clean. The sheets were perfect and the beds were comfy enough.
Negatives:
I didn't get a microwave or a refrigerator during my stay. They didn't have soap when I asked one of the nights I came back from downtown.

Was a perfect spot for the eclipse. The hotel has a lot of bad reviews, but lets be honest this is not a 5 4 or 3 star hotel. My view is people pay peanuts and expect champaign. The manager and staff worked hard to make a hotel that is outdated still good

Instead of trying to update many things all at once they should focus on dooing 1 room/floor at a time and making those there higher $ rooms. Just a thought.

Not really in a good area. Also it smelled like weed inside and outside the hotel. Plus one of our beds the one side of it if you slept near the edge the other side comes off the bottom base of the bed and you could possibly flip it over.

My first night room was in complete the room was a disaster 302 it was horrible.the front desk night crew HORRIBLE.MAITAINCE NONE had to unclogg my own toilet.

You don't see a lot of people seating in of the hotel,no fight or smoking and ext. Management is doing a great job to keep everyone safe and happy
Negatives:
Everything. I was given a card to a room that was dirty and had guests in them -twice. The third time I made the front desk associate come with me into the third room which was finally a clean and ready one.

The hotel has roaches , and there was a homeless man roaming the building. Wish I had known about pest before I booked.

It was dirty, in a deep grime. Furniture and fixtures are dated. The stale smell of pot and mold permeated the place. We where the room and someone opened the .door.

Shower was broke. Toilet didn't work . Air/heat didn't work. Check in took 20 minutes

It was really horrible

The room was disgustingly filthy and the floor was gross. Was waking up in the middle of night by police and people screaming outside my door a domestic
Then after that the help was outside talking all night underneath my window. I would never stay there again!
Negatives:
The rug had stains all over it looked like it had nothing swept.
The mirrors were swirls all over them whoever cleaned this needs to go to cleaning school it was bad!
