Positives:
The room has nice space very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Great location.I was in town for a funeral and the hotel was literally four minutes away from my relatives home..

The only thing I like we had to leave out of one building to enter another building for the front desk and breakfast.

There was a smell we could not figure out. The stairs going up to room felt very unstable. The shower leaked water onto the floor. Noise from the street was LOUD! Room was supposed to sleep 3 but didn't. Will never stay at a Towne Place again.

We got in around 9pm and my son fell asleep. We tried showering before bed and realize theres no hot water and little water pressure. We tell front desk and theres no maintenance man tonight. Theres a pool so we thought we could wash off there. Only to be told we cannot. And they were aware of our hot water situation
