Positives: Having the Tesla charger on property was a lifesaver. It was 2° when I woke up to leave the hotel, and having the charger plugged in and heating my car during the night. It’s rare to find a hotel chain that has EV chargers and I complement you for having them.

Positives: Very spacious, clean room. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 6. The staff was very kind and friendly. Fresh hot breakfast was absolutely wonderful with so many options. Outdoor seating available. Right off the interstate. Priced better than surrounding hotels. Highly recommend.

Positives: It was fine. My experience is colored by being cheated on the price.
Negatives: Getting cheated on price. We booked a king room at room rate of $164 on Bookings.com but we’re given a queen, advertised at $159. It took 20 minutes to find the night clerk, who said it was the only available room and all rooms were the same price and she couldn’t help. I spoke with the manager in the morning, who said actually we would only be billed $157.76 total, based on room rate of $140. But we were billed $183.68. I have disputed the difference with Bookings.com and with my credit card, a huge hassle.

Positives: Spacious room. Modern.
Negatives: Bathroom fan was not working. Eggs were cheese omelettes. Scrambled eggs would have been nice for people who don't like cheese.
