very dated-parking lot filled with pot holes, damaged pavement. Inside of hotel smelled old, stained carpets, floor falling apart, bathroom toilet and shower dirty and stained. Dust behind night stand. Bugs noted on bed and floor.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were great.

The hotel was in obvious disrepair overall. The plumbing was poor and the sink would not drain in the bathroom. The toilet also wasn't functioning properly. The shower was stained and clearly needed to be replaced.

This hotel was dirty very very dirty. I didn't even want to stay there. The first room we were given had a pile of hair and pieces of toilet paper all over the bathroom. We were given another room and I had to buy shower shoes to take a shower.

Hotel appears to be in the process of remodeling. Poorly staffed, breakfast was a choice between waffles, yogurt, and one kind of cereal. No juice or other beverage besides coffee. Perhaps the hotel should have closed to remodel.

Room and washroom were quiet enough space for 4 people. There were cereal, waffle, juice, yogurt, coffee and fruit in breakfast. It was nice place to eat and rest. Walmart was very close to hotel.

Positives:
Very no nonsense place to stay. Great location & price. Breakfast was adequate and a decent selection (waffles/yogurt/cereal/coffee). Nothing luxurious but it was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. We were in town for a bowling tournament.

Hot water could have been hotter but not a deal breaker.

Positives:
Location in West Lafayette. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. It had a nice chair and ottoman in the room. It's a nice facility although a little dated but price is also reflective.
Negatives:
Although the pool atrium is lovely, you can feel the moisture and humidity almost immediately. It also smells like chlorine even in our room.
