I checked in on Thursday and left on Monday I did not get any housekeeping They were very disrespectful and did not clean any day, I had to change my own sheets.never coming back to this hotel nor recommending to someone else.

Great breakfast, everything very clean and nice. This was our last stop in a week long vacation and the nicest of the 4 hotels we stayed at.

yes i had to have my key redone at least five times a day plus then they try saying i hadnt paid but i showed the confirmation number and they made me stand in lobby and wouldnt let me back in my room

The tv did not work in the room. You could turn it on and change the volume but not the channels. Then when trying to find a button there was old gun stuck to it! When we alerted the staff they said they fix it or look into it on Monday after check out.

Close to airport. Airport shuttle. Safe and inviting hotel. Very nice staff and clean rooms. Very quiet. Will always stay here when I fly into Cedar Rapids.
