The torn bed skirt, leaking ceiling, smeared mirror, 1 wash cloth for 3 people to use, two towels for 3 people to use, one roll of toilet paper already used no extra one's, fridge was warm inside and dirty poorly put cord was to short. Pool was unsafe electric outlets showing, shower ran out of hot water quickly, had section closed off in pool area with material for remodeling behind tarp. NO HOT TUB! Hallway had pieces of glass, hall smelt of food being cooked, unvacumed hallways, curtains falling off tracks. Torn carpet, carpet felt filthy. Very disappointed

It wasn’t busy. We had what we needed. There was a breakfast.
Negatives:
It was under construction and was a mess!! Dirty everywhere! Boxes and work equipment everywhere! Plus $100 for the deposit that was never explained to me at check in. Never saw staff either except at check in and during breakfast.

We were stuck here during a blizzard, waiting for our flight to be rescheduled. The staff were very nice and quite accommodating. Free shuttle to airport was great. Would stay again.

The place was very clean.
Negatives:
The owners live there??? They were playing with their toddler children and running and screaming with nerf guns in the hall. Two doors down people were fighting. Owners came to tell them to stop. The fighting continued between a man and a woman and that woman had to call the police. Next there are police cars outside and cops in our hall making one of them pack up and leave. No apology from the owners. Was like staying in a low income $5 a night motel.

I won't stay there again. A refund for our two rooms would be nice.
