Positives:
I enjoyed the cleanliness and the location of the property I have never had any problems staying at this location prior.
Negatives:
I didnt enjoy the staff as they were extremely unhelpful and difficult to work with. My boyfriends phone was taken from the room after we had left for about 10 minutes. The location of the phone showed up throughout the hotel for the rest of the evening. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful about the missing phone. We had to get the police involved and finally we had resolve. We had a great staff member named Leslie who was amazing! They went back up to the room and looked around. The phone was magically underneath the bed, at 100% charge and was shut off. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of our stay. And am sad that we had to get the police involved for any resolution to take place. Unfortunately we wont be staying here again due to this situation.
