Liked the location and the staff was accommodating to our needs and some of the unacceptable things that I'll mention next.
Negatives:
There were things in the motel that were becoming dilapidated and not being taken. Care of. A couple of examples were the plug in by our sink which run the coffee pot and hair dryer could not be used. The plug did not work and the staff was aware of that. Also, the ice machine was down and had been down for quite a while. . And the coffee in the pots weren't kept up and hot , especially early morning.

The breakfast selection was bigger than expected, however items ran out quickly. The staff did replenish once asked. The staff was friendly. It was a good location.
Negatives:
The comforters on our bed had small but dark stains. There was obvios water damage under the AC unit and near the sprinkler head on wall and ceilings. The FREE wifi was so weak it didn't work for any of our devices.

We didn’t use the breakfast offered. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Convenience/gas store next door. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Room #122. Near local airport but we didn’t hear traffic and planes at night. No problem sleeping. Walked across the parking lot to a Perkins Restaurant. Great place to eat. I would recommend this hotel.

Tricky water knob in shower. Have to turn it all the way to hot and let it run for a bit. It finally got pretty hot. Not scalding hot. If you turn it back just a tad, it gets very cool/lukewarm.
