I called at 10 am and requested bottom room as I have horrible knees and stairs hurt. I showed up and was given 2nd floor room with no elevator. Desk clerk was rude when I told her I called that morning. Didn't even tell me where my room was located.

The breakfast was non existent.and what was there was poor excuse for breakfast. First impression was bad, bad, bad.first floor rooms on the parking lot side were used as storage and looked awful. The room was old and desperately needed renovation.
