Negatives: needs vanities in bathroom for convenience

Negatives: When we checked in, our room hadn't been cleaned: the linens hadn't been changed, there was what looked like nail polish on some of the sheets, there was a sticky spill on the desk, and the towels hadn't been replaced. They didn't have another room we could stay in, they didn't offer to clean the room, and the GM refused to waive the cancellation fee when we had to find another hotel to get a clean room.

Negatives: Rear door was broken. Had to park in the back and walk all the way around to the front.

Negatives: The pool was closed, there was no elevator and one room was full of cleaning supplies, so we had to be moved to another room. Rooms next to each other were not available either.

Negatives: Had an awkward entrance and parking lot. Halls needed to be updated.

Negatives: I had to come here because my dog was sick and I was referred to the k state animal hospital. the pool didn’t work as they said it did when I called. And to top it all off I was charged $250 for smoking in my room which the manager admitted to me on a recording that I did not smoke in the room but there was a suspected trace of marijuana on the dresser. I just moved to a state where cannabis is legal, plus I have a medical cannabis card. I rolled a joint in my room that I paid to stay in for the trip home. the policy says I will not smoke in my room which I did not. when I confronted the manager he argued with me and said that they have to treat this situation special since there are meth users and so forth. I offered to show him my card and explained the situation to him. he then began to yell at me and called the cops on me saying I needed to be removed from the property. the problem was when I pointed out the policy I was right and he was wrong. he really freaked out when I told him our conversation was recoded. I work for an attorney so I will see them in court. don’t go here the staff will ruin your stay. the house keeper looks like she is on meth but they are worried about the small dust from my prescription cannabis. over heard the staff talking and they look for reasons to charge extra money. this place isn’t worth it. it seemed sketchy from the gate. the room however was comfortable. that’s all I can say about this place

Negatives: Wasnt told the swimming pool was out of order before checking in and paying for the room,that was one of the reasons for staying there was offered a refund but it wouldnt be for 3 to 5 days didnt have the money to leave and get another hotel,kids were extremeley dissapointed.Then when leaving next morning breakfast biscuits were hard and yogurt was past expiration date,usually have good luck with best western but now we will look into others
