Perfect for a short stay
Positives:
A/C worked well. Beds / pillows were comfortable. Location was good for our visits with family members in the area. Thankfully, janitorial staff were on our floor each time we needed to get rid of our wet towels and get new towels. Janitorial staff were very nice and helpful. Received assistance from front desk lady & maintenance man to open locked room door when I could not make contact with a family member staying in one of the rooms and wasn't sure if medical staff / 911 needed to be called for them - - thankfully, no emergency calls were necessary.
Negatives:
Cracks in bathroom floor tiles. No slip proof mat or the like in the tub to ensure an 83-year-old would not slip while bathing. At least there was a bar to hold onto, but it's not easy to hold onto a bar and wash body at same time. Bathroom sink had pink mold in it when I cleaned it with wet washcloth. When trashcan in bathroom became full, I pulled out the plastic bag to give it to the cleaning crew in hallway (since there were no cleaning services during our 4-night stay) and the "extra" plastic trash bag in the bottom of the can was stuck to the sticky / dirty inside of the can. Could not use that plastic bag - - used a plastic bag from a local convenient store as the new plastic trash bag in the trashcan instead. Ice machine on our floor was not working - - had to go to another floor for ice. Elevators smelled like chlorine (assuming swimmers from the pool) and had wet puddles on elevator floor almost every time we got in elevators.

Not enough places to park at night. I am disabled and had to park furthest from the door. Also, beautiful room but booked ADA room and was put on the top floor.
