I see why you have to pay at FRONT WHEN YOU MAKE RESERVATIONS WITH NO REFUND. Nothing about this hotel pleased my needs of rest, luxury or service. Starting with the feeling of distrust at checking. I have my handicap husband in the car by the front door awning of the hotel while I checked in with reservations number my ID and also my debit card that was on file that I pay the room for weeks now, and still because my husband is the booking.com profile name they made me go get him before they allow me to get checked in. Because it was the policy that they couldn’t show me.
Negatives:
The staff, the rules with no proof. the staff wanted me to look through the book that was at least 6 inches wide because they assume this rules were in the book but they were not sure. The bar they had a bar with no time and when I when to go check the bartender said he was closed. The television was old, the bed was to soft nearly any pillows I had to use a couch couching to sleep on, the bath tub on room 305 was rusted discolor with a dirty tint to it. The bottom of the faucet in the shower still dripped while you were taking a shower. 2 pillows per room, and the air conditioning vents in front of elevator on floor 3 was really nasty. I also told my husband I was going to check and see if they had more coffee or tea and they told me no. The only place we didn’t look was the pool because we do not use.

in the description it said all day, but they were open for breakfast. It also stated that they had a hot tub. They did not have a hot tub so the hotel was not as described. Let me guess.

Nice building and interior, interesting kinda old luxury style, which makes it nice feeling to stay, big standard room

Overall everything was good, just found hair and stain on the towel

The public areas of the hotel are great, pool was clean and nice, everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful and accommodating.
Negatives:
Breakfast is not included, it is a separate charge, not an problem if you know ahead but dont plan on a free breakfast.
The rooms are dated and have some things that need repairs, but everything was clean and worked and was comfortable.
