Arrived at 3:00ish and room it ready, finally at 3:20 told them we had to be somewhere at 4:00! They did change rooms for us to another one to get in then.
Nephew and family arrived at 5:20 and STILL NO ROOM!!

They had 4 pillows on the bed.
Negatives:
The staff was not welcoming, they gave us a room for 3 adults which only had 1 queen bed, no other sleeping place, they did give another room eventually. We tried calling to let them know we would be there after 9 but got hung up on 3 times. Nothing good

The bed was very uncomfortable, had to get up during the night to get Advil.
