Positives: The concierge staff that we spoke to were very kind and professional. Checking in was easy and quick! Same with checking out. Even the custodial staff were kind when interacting in the hallways.

Negatives: I killed about 2 roaches and 3 smaller types of bugs. The shower and toilet werent clean and neither was the closet. There was dust everywhere and overall just an icky vibe.
