Upon checkout my card was charged -- which my co inhabitant said there was no reason for it. I was not available at check-out and would like an explanation. Thank you

The room smells like cigarettes smoke. Even though it was a non smoking room. There were loud noises through out the night. We couldnt get any sleep. It was not a good experience. Also there were no shower curtains and the bathroom floor was sticky.

The bed was comfy staff was nice when they came to do my check in. Maintenance was very nice and helpful.

Check in was eh the maintenance did a bit of my check in then two ladies came to finish. Then they kept trying to charge my card an additional $180 for I don’t know what. The whole place smelled like cigarettes. We had our window open before it rained and after it rained we seen yellow water dripping from the blinds so my husband tried to wipe the blinds dry our white twang was now a heavy dark brown color. That grossed us out completely.

Heat didn’t work, got to 45 degrees in the room. No staff was available until I finally reached someone at 9am.
No breakfast as advertised, nobody at front desk from 10pm-10am and nobody answering phone.

easy to access off the expressway.
Negatives:
Room wasn't very clean. the stove and kitchen area was covered with grease and dust. the floor hasn't been swept/vacuumed very well
the entire room smelled like cigarettes. The beds looked clean but we
were very uncomfortable. Only 1 tiny bar of hand soap was given to use. I had to dig everything we needed out of suitcases. overall it served it's purpose of providing a place to sleep for a few hours after driving for 12 hours
