I made sure booking .com knew we were traveling with a pet. I received an email stating that they had contacted the property and our pet was welcome at no extra charge. When we got there I was informed that I had to pay $75. What was I suppose to do. It was very cold outside. I could not leave her in the car. She is old and arthritic.

New construction, very clean, efficient staff. Breakfast was prepared and provided to make busy time flow easily. Very spacious rooms with stocked kitchenette.

We had no trouble with booking or our stay. However, my son in law paid with booking/priceline and was told he needed to pay at the hotel and the clerk at check in would not take into consideration that it was already paid and demanded if he was staying, he would need to pay in full to them and take it up with booking/priceline. He even had validation/receipt of payment.
