They messed up and only charged me for one pet pet fee 20 $ and they kept my 50 $ deposit for there mess up I told them at check in 2 pets I don't see how they could keep 50 $ for that they should have only took the 20$ if any at all

Clean and location to where I had to be the next morning was right across the street.

Yeah the windows on first floor dont have permeant lock window and the room next to mine was a couple kids with that room and other kids climbed in and out the window all night or they tried to Open my door with their key and knocked on my window also
