Our room smelled like mildew and cigarettes even though it was non smoking room. The floors were dirty where you walked without shoes the bottom of your feet would be dirty. There was gnats in our room. And mold inside the Bible.

No hot water and cigarette burns in both beds covers....scary atomosphere outside the doors my husband wouldn't allow us to go to the car alone but management helped every way they could when we figured out we had cold water

We paid for a week and about 7:00 our last night my son was laying watching his computer and a roach crawled on his neck. I had killed 3 that last day. I could smell it probably had roaches. I used to own a property management co, and places that had roaches stunk just like that room. I seen the guy next room over must stay there and ran a drug business. Very upsetting it took me 3 hours to shake everything out to make sure I didnt bring roaches with me. I tried to find another hotel but they were booked. We slept in the car the rest of that night. I told front desk why we had to leave. I thought she would not charge me that last night. She just offered to change rooms but

A nightmare for us. Im terrified of bugs so is my 11 yr old that had the roach crawl onto his neck

The lady at the desk, I think her name was Christa Moore, she was absolutely amazing, polite and extremely helpful. With the exception of one person the whole staff has always been so friendly and helpful.

Lady at desk when we checked in and out was wonderful. Price was great for purpose to sleep in.

Bathroom ceiling was completely cover in mold room 209. There was one woman who had a real snotty personality about the pool. Only 1 bath towel in room.

The property was run down and lacked proper decor. Room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Towels used from previous renter still hanging in shower.
Parking lot was inadequate. Vehicles from local work companies taking up most of the spots. Dim lighting.
Tractor trailer parked sideways in the lot. Completely unacceptable.
Front lobby full of long term stay ppl looking to use lobby facilities.

I didn't like the fact that the pool was closed, or that the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my son. I will never come back, I was so disappointed this time. We should have just shelled out a few more dollars for The Hampton Inn. Their pool is never closed and their staff is amazing.
