La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bossier City

Negatives: The TV, cable, alarm clock, and 2 lamps didn't work at all. The water wouldn't get hot. There was no phone in the room like they said would be and nothing in the vending machines. I ordered groceries from doordash, and the night clerk woke me up, knocking. I asked who was there, and he said it's doordash. I opened the door, and he stood over me, leering at my boobs and my to kitties tried to slip out of the room, to which i scruffed them and pulled them back inside. Then he loomed over me, spitting in my face while shouting WE DONT ABUSE CATS AROUND HERE! I said, "Shut up no one's abusing my cats then he shoved me in the chest and tried back8ng me in the room, threatening to tell the manager. I told him to okease do so, and then he threatened to call the cops I more than welcome him to do that. 5 minutes later the p9lice arrived apologizing explaining he'd told them what happened and though they believed the situation was "petty" he was the night manager and had the right to refuse me service and told them he wanted me out in 10 minutes. So I had to call friends as my tire was on flat and hurriedly packed up forgetting my medications in the nightstand and called booking.com who spoke to him and were told a completely diffrleremt story from what he told cops amd what really happened. They gave him 24 hours to prov8de me with a full refund and he said he was only a clerk and the manager scheduled to come later in the morning would refund my money, but no one did. Called booking back, and they said if the hotel didn't refund my $ by the time the 24-hour warning was issued they would do it. I had to call them back and was then told that they don't refund guests' money but were putting a 45$ credit on a wallet as compensations which would be immediately available.

Negatives: There was no WiFi, television did NOT work, no phone in the room….

Negatives: Pool

Negatives: Rooms need to be modernized and cleaned. No doorknob on exterior of bathroom door. We stayed in room 235. Shower tiles need to be redone. One blanket had cigarette burn in it, the other had black marker stains. The exterior door has big gaps around door, where light comes through. Not the nicest place I've ever stayed. Saturday morning the yard service was mowing and blowing a little too early.

Negatives: We walked into the room and saw black tape holding things together, then the floor was puddled with I was hoping just water around the toilet, the floor, then the refrigerator had so much rust around and in it. We went to the front desk turned in the key and book a different hotel for the night. I have tried unsuccessfully to get my money back as we did not stay there.
