La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Orleans West Bank

Negatives: Everything it was dirty filthy the staff was not helpful!the room wasn’t cleaned and the property was unsafe

Negatives: Filthy dirty! Door lock didn’t work Walls scratched from animal Flying gnats in the room

Negatives: No blankets in the room. The door by the handicap room #102 to access the front lobby is not accessible, the handicap customers & others have to go through the parking lot and around to go to breakfast in the rain or ... There is apparently no security camera at that entrance, which means that side of the facility is less safe. I was in a nonsmoking room and was required to sign agreements about not smoking and yet had to endure someone's smoke coming into my room and irritating my chronic bronchitis.

Negatives: The hotel looked run down. The photos on Booking,.com must have been old. There was plastic on the windows, bugs on the bed, dirt behind the bathroom door, and the water running from the tap tasted like bleach. I couldn't even brush my teeth with it, let alone drink it. To top it off, a couple of people in the parking lot asked if they could wash my car! I believe they were guests as well, but staff did nothing to stop it. I have never booked a hotel on your site worse that La Quinta in New Orleans. I spent the next 6 days travelling and I stayed at a Rodeway Inn, two nights at a Red Roof Inn, even a Quality Inn. La Quinta may have lost my business forever after that experience!

Negatives: It was under renovation which was much needed, room was comfortable and safe but didn’t feel as clean as it should be. Clothes was left in closet from previous guest. After check out I was called later and my cruise was interrupted asking if I had checked out.

Negatives: The room was outdated, the toilet was hard to flush and the bed was uncomfortable!
