Positives: I like the room we got but everything was old and stained. The microwave was scary. The concession was not stalked. The elevator might need to be addressed because it might be a hazard

Negatives: I don’t think anyone really cared that so many people had their flights cancelled. It’s just nice to feel like the place we stay at cares about why we all ended up there.
