Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Nothing at all reason I don’t stay here is because it’s always a problem when booking. If I book a double room it’s a reason and to check in and be told I have to be specific when booking. Well I specifically selected a double room when I booked it and to top it off I was still charged for a double room rate.

Literally never had even warm water. Called each day of my stay and still had no hot water at all. Cold shower every day.

Room and bathroom had not been cleaned. Tub and floor had whiskers. Sink was dirty. Shampoo and soap were out. Drain was rusty. Freezing when we entered the room, but the heater set off the smoke alarm, and the smoke alarm chirped every 10 minutes throughout our stay so we couldnt sleep, and the front desk did not address the issue.
