The mattress was like sleeping on concrete. Only one trash can in the room which s very aggravating. The elevator was broken and took a long time to get to the room.

Day check in person was not pleasant to the point of almost being rude. It felt we were an inconvience for her.
The room was set up for 2 people when the reservation was for 3. Set up continued for 2 through out our stay.
There was an alarm and we walk down the stairs which was fine. What was very disappointing was that no staff could be found in the lobby or street to direct or guide us!
