Good location in CBD, close to French Quarter. Spacious room (Luxury King).
Negatives:
On Sunday room was not cleaned by 3pm. We had to ask for it to be done. Luckily, the manager (Omar) took care of this quickly. Service in restaurant was slow and unfriendly, despite a dearth of diners.

The front desk was fabulous, very nice and professional! The location was excellent.
Negatives:
The linens were never washed during our 7 night stay which is unacceptable.
On several occasions they didn’t remove food trays from our room
We asked for extra towels be left for our duration of the stay and waited 1hr for towels to be delivered to our room.
We expected more for this property.

Decorated nicely and clean. Very cold air in the room. The room is very large with a city view. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the casino and a block from the RTA streetcars. The daytime check in gal was very sweet and kind. We arrived early and was able to check in at 1pm.
