Nice modern looking hotel and room.
Nice size not too big.
Safe area and relatively quiet.
Negatives:
Pillows were uncomfortable with cheap filling.
The windows did not provide adequate noise insulation. The first night we were kept awake by cars playing loud base music, dumpsters emptying the trash and emergency service sirens. All sounded like we were in a tent outside.

Noisy air con was fixed only after asking twice. Hairdryer was faulty but was replaced promptly.

The hotel is great, the staff is very nice. The room wasn't super big but we only went there to sleep so it's not a complain. Location is great too, less than 10 min to Bourbon st or Jackson square, 25 to frenchmen street. We had a rental and used valet parking which is very convenient.
Negatives:
Car retrieval should have an app and not sending a text message, if you have a non american number it's a high cost message, but other than that all is good.
