Location is pretty good, the downtown area and the French Quarter are a 15 minute walk away. Room was clean and quite large.
Breakfast is included, and although the choice isn't huge, it's still a nice start to the day.
Negatives:
Trying to be friendly, or saying things like "please" or "thank you" don't seem to be part of the jobv description of the people at front desk or the breakfast. Luckily we didn't have to interact too much with staff.
Ar breakfast everything is plastic. Wrapping, dishes, cutlery. Seems like a gigantic waste.
