Beds were super comfy, view of the city was fantastic, super close to the theatre we were attending and our favorite part was actually the table nook, not many hotels have an actual table you can eat at!! Thanks for our stay it was awesome. We will be back.

There was a water emergency at the hotel on Saturday 4/20. The fire marshal evacuated the hotel. We were not allowed to return. The hotel told me that they would contact you and have my credit card credited for Friday 4/19, Saturday 4/20 and Sunday 4/21. Please contact me to confirm. As of yesterday I did not receive credit for these days.

The only thing good about it was the room appeared to be mostly clean.
Negatives:
Really bad location, valet parking only. We got evacuated first thing in the morning due to a maintenance issue, water flood on the sixth floor. We were only there for 12 hours before we got evacuated. We were supposed to be there for two nights… I went there for my daughters birthday and she is on the spectrum, she is completely traumatized from what happened Saturday morning with the flood being woken up to the fire alarm.. you would think for over $200 a night they would put some money into maintenance so these things wouldn’t happen…

I booked цшер breakfast included, but on the desk, they said that don't see it, after consultation with a manager they gave us 2 tickets for breakfast, but there were three of us.

Positives:
I love the decor. The pillows are really nice. The bed was comfortable too. The water kept going to cold while I was showering so that was annoying. Other than that I would stay again but they only have valet parking so if you don't want to pay to park your car then you will have to find your own parking and it will likely be somewhere a couple blocks away. Luckily though this hotel is close to enough to a lot of things that we walked.

The shower temp kept fluctuating and they only have valet parking for 35$ a night
