Breakfast was awful. Pancake maker didnt work, the milk expired that day, english muffins were hard. Last but not least, the floor was dirty and full of snow.
Negatives:
My tv didnt work. Asked for assistance. No maintenance man on site. Was asked if i wanted a different room. That room had a bunch of renovation materials in front of the door. Had to step over rolled up carpets. I turned on tv. Noticed that it had an HDMI cord. So i took it out and used it in my original room. Got my tv working by myself. In my bathroom, there was a tile full of mold above the shower head. My toilet paper roll fixture was broken.

The location is great and the room was clean, and the bed was a dream. Quick check in and check out. Overrall good stay.

The bathrooms are a bit on the small side, the sink was outside of the bathroom as there was no room for it.

The beds were comfortable. Everything looked clean and it looked very well maintained. The staff was a little offset. I guess you would say because no one was really friendly which put me off a little bit but I adjusted

The remote didn't work and couldn't get the problem resolved by staff that was on and in the morning it was no use because by the time we got up and around and after breakfast which was great there was no time to watch television and I could have really used the television at night when I wanted it

For the price. I didn't expect the toilet paper holder falling out of the sheet Rock when pulling on the toilet paper. The bathroom was way too small. I think I stubbed my toe on the side of the tub when I walked into it in the night. The sink had no slope to drain and no room on the side to put any of my items such as makeup or curling iron. The Heat/A/C unit was very loud so we didn't run it and it was very hot. You could hear people in the neighboring rooms. The price was too high for what we got.

Positives:
2 bls of water in the room. All amenities. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and iron bar (all which seem to be in any motel).
Negatives:
Shabby room. Old. Needs redecorating asap! Clean drapes! The ceiling needs fixing. The young girl at the front desk was on the phone for a quarter of an hour while we were waiting to be checked in. No smile, no "Sorry, I'll be with you in a moment," very cold face. No "thank you" when returning credit card, she was a robot. Terrible smell walking into the room, at least we could open the window. It was too expensive for such a place.

Great place to stay. It was cleaner than a higher rated place I had stayed at recently out of state. Very comfortable bed. Shower had plenty of pressure and temperature was spot on. Continental breakfast was excellent. Staff was welcoming. Air conditioner cooled me off from a hot day.
Negatives:
Nice room, but some hallways and staircases could have been updated. There was a bulb out in bathroom vanity which was corrected. Walls were kind of thin since I could hear people in room next door. Slightly over priced.
