The pool was ice cold, the renovations were very poorly done, the cleanliness was not up to par, the staff was not inviting at all

The toilet was not secured to the floor on one side, so when you sat down it would tip onto that side.
Our room was near an entry door which would bang loudly whenever guests would come in or leave.
