We liked that the place was clean and the beds are comfortable. Great location to go around other small towns. Right across from the Mall.
Negatives:
When we arrived the staff at the front desk did not explain that they were not serving breakfast. Because of the pandemic, I understand however, many other places are serving packaged breakfast sandwiches, wrapped breakfast items or Boxed breakfast. We picked this hotel because included breakfast, we were on the go and not time to stop at a restaurant to eat and in addition because the breakfast is included on the hotel rates. There was not discounted rate because of this and we found out that they didnt serve breakfast when we called the front dest to ask how early they served the breakfast. Otherwise we would be up for a bad surprise in the morning. Im glad we called and we planned to leave earlier than expected to be able to stop for breakfast somewhere else. Ask questions. The front desk is not very helpful.

Exterior not kept up. A lot of shady people. Drug addicts around, clearly visible, track marks on their arms. There was a Van parked in the early morning, no one inside, but 2 cats sleeping in the drivers seat, no windows open.

The room next to me they were in an out all night fighting& screaming banging on the door all night they scared my 5 yr son he was scared n crybaby. It also said there was free breakfast included and pool n there was neither, you dont find out til afte

I didnt like the fact that you dont find out theres no breakfast nor pool until after you pay and get there, and that they let all the drinking yelling or traffick in and out all night long.

The door to the room doesn't come all the down to the floor, so you hear everything outside. Also, the windows must have not been sealed well so the cigarette smoke smell from people outside.

Free and convenient parking. Able to walk to nearby restaurants. Large, clean room. Nice and helpful staff. Good selection free breakfast, both hot and cold items.
Negatives:
I didn't know about the very large contingent of workers who would be eating at the same time, filling the room. I would have liked to have been able to avoid the crowd.
