Positives: Breakfast was good
Negatives: The entire experience was awful. Our room was switched because there were issues with the first one. The second room was just as bad. Awful air conditioning, TVs didn’t work, toilet barely flushed, and keycards only worked sometimes. The hotel is in terrible condition and doesn’t appear to have a maintenance team; there are no vending machines in the whole building which is ridiculous and I couldn’t find an ice machine even though our room had a bucket for it. I will never stay here again unless there is a complete remodel and/or I receive some sort of refund.

Positives: Location was nearby convention center
Negatives: When I walked in, I smelled smoke. The room I had was non smoking room, however it still smelt like cigarettes. Lights in the room were flickering and not working. The bathroom tub didn’t not work well, the drainage was not working. Every time we took a shower, water would accumulate in the tub. Won’t be staying there again.

Positives: The staff is pleasant
Negatives: Dumpster on sidewalk near entrance with rats running around was not the best first impression. Mattress was VERY broken down. Air conditioning controls did not work. Cockroach in the bathtub. No soap or shampoo, but there was lotion and conditioner? No hair dryer or coffee!

Positives: Great location.
Negatives: Coffee maker had no tray for the coffee. TV remote would not turn on the living room TV. Front desk had no solutions. They seemed too comfortable with these problems. My guess, management is slow to resolve issues and provide them tools to resolve problems so they adopt a “hey you’re staying at Comfort Inn, what do you expect!”

Positives: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
Negatives: The property was DISGUSTING , DIRTY, in DISREPAIR!!!! I had to use the restroom when we first arrived and it was dirty and in disrepair. The staff was rude and hanging with her, I assume boyfriend, or on FaceTime on her phone. She refused to let booking.com speak to management. We booked a harbor view room and the view was through buildings. There was no working air conditioning in the first room we were given. They wouldn’t refund our money and let us move to a different hotel after seeing how gross this hotel was. The only thing they would do is move us to another room. We never even received a refund of the money difference between a harbor view room and a regular room. The ceilings are so low I could touch them with flat hands. There was spackle marks and scraped up paint everywhere The sink leaked. The ceiling in the shower was cracked and caving in. The exhaust fan screamed when you turned it on. The elevator key scanner had such a disgusting sticky film on it. There was a huge beach spot on the rug outside the second room we had. The sprinklers in the room were covered in paint and construction dust. The room for breakfast was filled with dirty tables, food on the floors, drips of coffee or something. The curtains in the lobby were wrinkled and gross looking. The “security guard” sat in a chair on his phone or chatting with friends every time we saw him. There was a HUGE RAT outside the door when we were returning to the hotel in the evening. I fought with booking.com and the hotel for over a hour in and out of the hotel in 90 degree heat to get a refund!!! Booking.com said there was nothing they would do because a no refund cancellation was the hotels policy and I should have read the reviews!!!! The hotel wouldn’t give me a manager to speak to or anything so we would have lost our money and had to find another hotel at 5pm on a Friday night. It was all a HORRIBLE DISGRACEFUL DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!! I wouldn’t recommend booking.
