My daughter got bed bug bites, which I noticed on the second day of our stay. She was playing a lot on the carpet and on the couch/bed, which I believe is how she got exposed. The other 3 of us in the room did not get any bed bug bites.

Lack of communication and accurate information. The website advertised a swimming pool but didn't make it clear it was a partnership with a spa, the directions to which were vague. We missed the swimming on the Saturday evening as by the time we found the spa it was closed early at 4pm and no one at the hotel reception warned us

It was in a great area of Baltimore. And it was very safe. I also liked that they could cater to my needs. This trip was for my surgery at John Hopkins. And while I was in the hospital, they catered to my family's needs.
Negatives:
Actually there isn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. This was my 2nd time staying here while I had appointments with John Hopkins. And I plan on making this my permanent hotel whenever I have appointments with john Hopkins in the future.
