We arrived very early and the girl upfront was very nice and assisted with storing our bags until check-in.
Negatives:
A week before arriving, I messaged the hotel about an issue with booking.com. and the reply was "we'll see when you arrive". At check-in, the staff was unfriendly, hard to understand, and no help concerning the message. At checkout, another rep was completely unconcerned and offered no help. And in the room, there is a pricetag for dirty linens. And lots of loud activities from the street at 2 am. Nice way to just wash your hands of any issues. I will avoid Staybridge and IHG now.
