breakfast (kids loved it), room right sized, free parking is plenty, bed mattress wasn't too soft.
Negatives:
air con blows directly on the bed side. We were given the room furthest away from the reception/breakfast area though the occupancy didn't seem high. We pushed 1 bed to the wall so my kids wouldn't fall and this revealed a ton of dirt under the beds.

Overall not a bad hotel, good breakfast.
Negatives:
The staff is not competent. They charged the second payment despite the fact that I had paid for the hotel rooms in advance. The hotel hallways stink of marijuana. At the reception desk, one of the guests had a conflict with the staff. The guest behaved aggressively, the hotel security hid and called the police. Keep in mind that it is not safe here, apparently this hotel is chosen by alcoholics and drug addicts. I don't recommend going here with your family.
