My shower was not working. I contacted the front desk and they sent someone up but even then it didn't work.

The bathroom sink would not drain and filled with water almost immediately when the faucet was turned on.

Its a great location for us being near a relative and plenty of shopping access nearby. I find this hotel to be well maintained and our rooms clean. Our room was ready early so we were allowed to check in and freshen up before our holiday dinner.

This hotel is near major highways so if you blessed with good hearing the traffic might bother you. Im aware of it but its definitely not a deal breaker. The even numbered rooms are on the front side away from the highway.

It's a comfortable hotel and staff is very helpful and accommodating.
Negatives:
I wish that my room was serviced on the 2nd day. I understand that it's every other day but my stay was shorter so it would have still been nice to have a refresher and new garbage bags in the baskets.
