Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. I Love the location and even the hotel was newly renovated

I got a King Suite the room look great but entire room stinks with of sewage smell I spoke to a manager but because this was during Memorial Holiday we couldn’t get another room of the same size when we left we were charged $15 dollars and never got a receipt of anything up to the time I’m writing this. We checked out 4am on 27th May 2024.

The property was nice. Tucked away but very close to the mall and restaurants.
Negatives:
The lock on my room door was broken. The kept saying they were going to fix it and never did. For three days a staff member had to let me in my room. They said they give me extra points and never did. I ended having to move rooms due to the lock and loud guests that were allowed to party outside in front of the hotel all night. Staff never asked them to quiet down or move.

Positives:
Room was comfy and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with all essentials. A/C was nice and cold, while the water was nice and hot. Pet friendly with hallway exit doors leading directly to pet walking area. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Price was right and location is convenient. Not disappointed at all!
Negatives:
Just needed a little broom and dustpan in the room (unless I didn't see it, which is totally possible!) because I spilled my dog's kibble all over the floor and unfortunately, couldn't get it all without a broom. My apologies to housekeeping!

The young lady that worked last night was extremely helpful. This young lady was very polite and respectable.....there aren't enough words to explain how wonderful she was to us. She made our stay last night a memorable moment.
