My husband is a coffee drinker and our coffee maker was broken. They didnt have an on-site coffee maker so he could just walk up and make one if needed.
Everything else was fine.

I was traveling for the Columbus Day holiday for rest and relaxation, which I got on this trip.
Positives:
The location is perfect. Very close to airport and mall for shopping. Quiet and safe as well.

The staff at desk need more training. They couldnt find my reservation even after I provided my ID and confirmation number. There is only one lady who was able to find it. I spent over 25 min waiting. We were not provided with enough information about the facility so we went down to the lobby for breakfast where we were asked to pay for. When I questioned the pay, the same lady who helped us on arrival told us that the breakfast is on the 2nd flr.
No room service was provided the next day. I had to call and ask for it on the 3rd day. Room service should have been daily.
