THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE BED WAS SO, SO COMFORTABLE!

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY RUDE! EXCEPT FOR ONE GUY, (WHO'S NAME I DON'T KNOW OF COURSE), THE REST OF THE STAFF SUCKED! THEY DON'T EVEN GREET YOU WHEN YOU WALK PAST THEM WHEN YOU COME IN! ALSO, NONE OF THE ICE MACHINES ON NO FLOOR WORKED! I HAD TO GO DOWN TO THOSE SAME RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF EVERYTIME FROM THE 5TH FLOOR JUST TO GET SOME ICE! OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS O.K.!!!
