The rooms and location. Hotel was clean.

My room didn't have a remote. If I wanted one they said I had to come get it. I needed towels I was told I had to come get it. I needed a blanket, had to go get it. I was told he needed to stay at the desk. When I told him they had 2 people he said they were busy. I went down immediately and the lobby was empty and the 2 employees were in the back room talking and on computer. I go there often and should not be treated like that when I'm spending my money. This is the 2nd time I have experienced this disrespect at this location. Very disappointing.

There were two people outside the main entrance on the Comfort Inn all the time, talking to everyone coming in or going out, and smoking also. It’s not that common to see that out of a hotel or motel.
