Positives:
The hotel was conveniently located for a work event near National Harbor. The evening staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
While the evening front desk staff was pleasant, The digital key option did NOT work (was told it was due to booking through a 3rd party app), and I had to request key cards. The key card provided by the front desk did NOT work initially had to have them reset twice. I had request welcome items provided for Hilton Honors members. The room was stuffy and warm upon entry. Cleanliness was a concern as there were discarded (USED) Q-tips in the bathroom trash can. The morning front desk staff was visibly irritated about something (perhaps just busy) bu his irritation was translated to guests as they approached the front desk. I was not given the option of a late checkout which would have been helpful as I was traveling mid-week and needed to conduct some business on Thursday. Just overall a bit disappointed with this Hilton sponsored hotel.

Our table was sticky so I went to stuff to inform her. She didn't speak English so it took a while until we could start our breakfast. At the breakfast the melons and pineapple were frozen so. I went to reception to tell them but nothing happened.
The walking distance to the metro was further as we expected
