it has roaches, the cleaning people come way too early before check out time and knock multiple times really loud. Everytime i took a shower the water was coming from under the woods floors and i recorded it to show management but received no refund

Roaches in my room.. they wouldn?t switch my room, had to get another hotel and they wouldn?t reimburse me for the night. Very rude when I was speaking with her trying to get the situation handled.., wouldn?t recommend this hotel at all

The room was NOT as described on the website. Breakfast was to be included only to find that there was no breakfast. There were no working ice machines. There were rats running around the 2nd floor. The room smelled of stale smoke.
