Positives:
The breakfast was surprisingly good and was well-presented. Even the napkins were of a very high quality - something I never thought I would notice! The bed was very comfortable and temperature easy to adjust. Having a restaurant at the front of the parking lot was a great bonus too!
Negatives:
There were two luggage carts, and one was essentially broken - a wheel was not working properly. It's the cart I chose, of course! I alerted the front desk & left the cart in one part of the lobby. The next morning when I checked out, the staff had put an "out of service" sign on only one end of the cart, which was facing the wall. The other cart was in use. What cart do you think I took, then?? Yep, another struggle to get it off the carpeted hallway once I put my bags on it (I am a handicapped solo traveler). Thankfully, a delivery man was just leaving the lobby & he kindly pushed it out to my car so I could finish checking out. Not having an ice machine on the first floor where my room was was an inconvenience as well.

Very pleasant stay from the beginning to end. Did have a small problem in the beginning. The clerk at the desk name Veronica took care of everything so fast and efficient. Will be staying there again when in the area.

It was not a Hampton experience. They were using cheap coffee, they didn't have creamer, or juice, or milk, they were out of food at 730 and no breakfast on Sunday and they tried to charge my cc for my stay again something funny going on there.

I like to stay at hotels with breakfast. I was very disappointed… they had the fold over highly salted omelets .. with bacon. They got me one without bacon however it was awful Way too salty . They need to go back to scrambling eggs . I pay more to get breakfast this was ended up being oat meal the only safe option if you care about your health
