Negatives:
They double charged me, I’ve been trying to contact them through messages, calls and nothing. Anthony said he was going to contact me with his supervisor but I’m still waiting. It totally ruined the experience

Nice clean room, friendly staff
Negatives:
breakfast was good. Somehow expand area where food is served. A lot of guests especially children standing around waiting to get their food. Keep it moving.

Negatives:
There was a little boy that was running loose around the hotel. Seem like everyone knew him. He was standing around in the lobby to watch the open and closing. About 10 minutes later he stopped. Where were his family?

loud noise from the other doors slamming and noise in the hallway

The deco and location are great. Its a very popular hotel because theres a lot a cars in the parking lot.
Negatives:
Theres a lot of movement in the hallways but with the volume of people it is to be expected.

The had bad furniture, outdated, room is not leveled drawers opening, bath tub would not drain properly, charged twice.
