Good location to tourist attraction places with car. Nice looking art design hotel. Having craft food hall with variety of beer was cool. Able to check in early was totally PLUS.

It is the first time we see complimentary breakfast needs to order from app and boxes comes out. Selection and food quality were just OK.

Nice looking ART hotel with...
Positives:
Check-in was simple, parking was included, the room was quiet and spacious! There was a small refrigerator and a sound machine - although, we couldn't hear neighboring rooms at all!
Negatives:
There was a separation of the carpet with spikes sticking up between the room and the bathroom. The carpet was very wet in some spots upon arrival.

Neighborhood was a little industrial and on a very busy road. Not really walking around area, except there is a beautiful park on the Charles River across the highway. Fortunately there was a pedestrian overpass about a block away. Otherwise there are no crosswalks. The hotel itself was fine - the bed extremely comfortable and the room very clean. It could have used a comfortable chair for lounging/reading. The lobby is interesting, very pop culture like, but the seating is comfortable. the Coffee was meh and wasn't available until 6:30 am. That's kind of late for early risers. :)
Negatives:
Busy road, no crosswalks. Parking and drop off area is super tight. Not alot happening in the neighborhood, not so walkable.

It was very close to Roadrunner, so it’s a great location if you’re going there. The staff was very nice as well.
Negatives:
The room was freezing and the heat didn’t work. I turned on the heat specifically and turned it up to 72 but it just blew out cold air. The comforter also had holes in it. Almost everything was unplugged, save the TV and one lamp, and we couldn’t reach the outlets to plug other lamps in, so that was weird. The restaurant in the hotel was closed and it would have been nice to have been made aware of this at the time of booking, even at check in would have sufficed. Also very expensive for what you get.

It was adorable and the rooms were very comfortable
Negatives:
The breakfast was cold, there was cereal with no milk, no juice when I asked the front desk for juice it seemed like they didn't know about the breakfast situation. There was no one around to ask in the breakfast area.. if you're going to offer breakfast and you can't staff, maybe just offer bagels and coffee and juice... Wouldn't recommend the food here
